This site is an INDOOR site (horse arena - not climate controlled). Ring size is 80' x 100'. The surface is “rubber footing” (manufactured sand w/shredded rubber) and works well for agility.

All exhibitors and guests are expected to abide by the rules of the horse center.

This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed ONLY inside personal vehicles.

Please clean up after your dog and yourselves - Help us keep the grounds clean and neat so that dog events will be welcomed here in the future.

Access to the horse center is via a residential neighborhood. Please observe speed limit and be considerate when traveling through the neighborhood. NO parking outside the horse center entrance at any time and no walking of dogs off-property.

Please follow the direction of parking attendants and pay strict attention to designated off-limits areas on the grounds for dogs and/or exhibitors - i.e. stall areas, paddocks, etc.

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING IS ALLOWED AT THE HORSE CENTER.

For RVs and other oversized vehicles (over 224” in length):

RV parking reservations at the show site are available for $10 per day (daytime only.) For “reserved” parking for other “oversized vehicles,” the same applies. If reservations are not made and paid for in advance for oversized vehicles, they will be parked in the field (and at owner's risk in the case of soft ground).

From I-66:

Take Exit 44 - Rt. 234 South (which is also called the Prince Wm. Parkway here).

In approx. 8 miles, the Prince Wm. Parkway turns left; however, stay straight on Rt. 234 South (called Dumfries Rd after the split with the Prince Wm. Parkway).

You will soon cross the Occoquan Creek Bridge.

Go straight through the stoplights at Purcell Rd. and Counselor Rd.

Turn left at the next stoplight onto Hoadly Rd. (Bloom Shopping Center is on the right). Continue on Hoadly Road for approximately 2.2 miles, going through stoplight at Kahns Rd.

Turn right at new stoplight onto Spriggs Rd.

Continue on Spriggs Rd. for approximately 1.8 miles to right turn onto Spriggs Branch Rd. (which goes to Grace Baptist Church.) Make immediate left onto Anthony Drive.

Follow .2 mile to right turn just before white 3-board fencing on the corner lot (still Anthony Drive). Make 1st left turn onto Leilani Drive and follow to horse center.

From I-95:

Take Exit 152B (Rt. 234 N) toward Manassas.

Follow Rt. 234 for approximately 3.5 miles to right turn at stoplight onto Spriggs Road.

Follow Spriggs Rd. for approximately 1.4 miles to the stoplight at Minnieville Rd. Go straight through this stoplight (Bloom shopping center on the right).

Continue on Spriggs Road for 1 mile. Make left turn toward Grace Baptist Church onto Spriggs Branch Rd. Make immediate left onto Anthony Drive and follow highlighted directions above.
